TO: The unknown heirs at law of Jimmie Ray Speed, Deceased
You have been made a Respondent in the Petition for Determination of Heirship (“Petition”) filed in this Court by Marta Ochoa Nicolás, Administratrix of the Estate of Jimmie Ray Speed, Deceased, seeking a judicial determination of the statutory heirs at law of Jimmie Ray Speed.
You are summoned to appear and defend against this Petition before the Chancery Court of Clarke County, Mississippi, and the Honorable Austin Terry, Chancery Court Judge, at the Clarke County Courthouse, 101 S Archusa Ave., Quitman, MS 39355, on March 10, 2026 at 8:45 a.m., then and there to defend against said Petition and show cause, if any you can, why the relief requested by the Petition should not be granted.
In case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the relief demanded in said Petition.
You are not required to file an answer, response, or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire.
