You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in this Court by MARGARET R. CHANEY, the Plaintiff, who is seeking Third Party Custody of the minor child, K.A.T. Defendants in this action are MARINDA R. BELL and ZYSHAWN K. THAMES.
