After diligent inquiry performed by Administrator Timothy Herrington, Administrator Timothy Herrington believes Timothy Herrington, Brian Herrington, and Kevin Herrington are the sole living heirs at law of the Decedent, Barbara A. Herrington. The post office address of any said Defendants (all those unknown persons claiming to be heirs at law of the Decedent) is not known to Administrator, Timothy Herrington after diligent inquiry performed by Administrator, Timothy Herrington.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the complaint or petition filed against you in this action at 0:845 A.M. on the 25th day of June, 2026, in the Clarke County Chancery Court Courtroom in Quitman, Mississippi. Your failure to appear and defend, will result in a judgment against you as the Court will enter an Order Determining Heirs at law of the Deceased among any other relief that may be granted to Petitioner. You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
