You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in this Court by Robert J. Dunlap, Petitioner/Administrator in the matter of the Petition to Determine Heirs at Law of Clarence L. Jordan, deceased, with the Petitioner/Administrator seeking a court judgment determining heirs. There are Defendants other than you in this action.
You are summoned to appear and defend against said Petition to Establish Heirs at 8:45 A.M. on the 8th day of JULY, 2026, in the Chancery Courtroom of the Clarke County Courthouse at 101 South Archusa Avenue, Quitman, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgement may be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the Petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
