You have been made defendants in the suit filed in this Court by Evans Family Properties seeking confirmation to title to real property described as:
A certain parcel of land situated in the SE ¼ of SE ¼ of Section 5, Township 2 North, Range 16 East, more fully described by metes and bounds as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at a point situated 700.0 feet South of the Northeast corner of said SE ¼ of SE ¼ of said Section 5 and run thence South 160.0 feet, thence West 421.0 feet, thence North 40 degrees 10 minutes East along the center line of a gravel road 212.8 feet, thence East 284.0 feet to the point of beginning, containing 1.0 acre, more or less.
Defendants in this action other than you are none.
You are required to mail or hand deliver a written response to the Complaint filed against you to John G. Compton, Witherspoon & Compton, LLC, P.O. Box 845, Meridian, MS 39302.
YOUR RESPONSE MUST BE MAILED OR DELIVERED NOT LATER THAN THIRTY DAYS AFTER THE 25th DAY OF JUNE, 2026, WHICH IS THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS SUMMONS.
