You have been made a Respondent in the suit filed in this Court by Erma Jean Donald, Petitioner, seeking a determination of the Wrongful Death Beneficiaries of Ollie Mae Donald, Deceased. Respondents other than you in this action are none.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED AND COMMANDED TO PERSONALLY APPEAR BEFORE THE CHANCERY COURT OF CLARK COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, AT THE CLARK COUNTY CHANCERY COURTHOUSE IN QUITMAN, MISSISSIPPI, ON THE 5TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 2026, AT 8:45 A.M. BEFORE THE HONORABLE JUDGE ALLISON RAINEY TO RESPOND TO SAID PETITION AND SHOW CAUSE WHY THE RELIEF SOUGHT AND PRAYED FOR IN THE Petition to Adjudicate the Heirs and Statutory Wrongful Death Beneficiaries of ollie mae donald, Deceased, SHOULD NOT BE GRANTED, AND IN CASE OF YOUR FAILURE TO APPEAR AND DEFEND, A JUDGMENT WILL BE ENTERED AGAINST YOU FOR THE RELIEF DEMANDED IN THE PETITION.
