You are hereby summoned to appear and defend against said Petition to Authorize Settlement of Doubtful Claims of Minor at 8:45 AM on the 5th day of October, 2026, before the Honorable Amanda T. Rainey, Chancellor of the Clarke County Chancery Court, located at 101 S. Archusa Ave., Quitman, MS 39355. In case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered for the money or other things demanded in the Petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire.
