Commencing at the Southwest corner of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 9, Township 2 North, Range 14 East, Clarke County, Mississippi; thence run East 420 feet to the point of beginning; thence run East 210 feet; thence run North 420 feet; thence run West 210 feet; thence run South 420 feet to the point of beginning, containing 2 acres, more or less; LESS AND EXCEPT the property owned by Charlie Edmonson Jr.
(together with all and singular the improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, as reflected in said Quitclaim Deed).
