NOTICE TO RESPONDENTS
THE MOTION TO DETERMINE HEIRSHIP CURRENTLY PENDING IN THIS CIVIL ACTION IS IMPORTANT AND YOU MUST TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION TO PROTECT YOUR RIGHTS.
You have been made a Respondent in the Motion filed in this Court by Linda Boney, seeking a determination that James Lee Fleming, David Ronald Fleming, Charles E. Fleming, Betty Ann Fleming, and Linda Fleming Boney are the sole and only heirs-at-law of Ruby Lee Fleming, deceased. You are the only named Respondents to this Motion.
You are summoned to appear and defend against said MOTION at 8:45 o’clock a.m. on the 24th day of November, 2026 in the Chancery courtroom of the Clarke County Courthouse at Quitman, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the relief demanded in said MOTION.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
