9th Annual Clarke County River Fun Run

On Saturday, July 26, 2025, the Clarke County Chamber of Commerce will host the 9th Annual Clarke County River Fun Run. The Run will go from Quitman to DeSoto. The entry fee is $35 per person. The entry fee includes a t-shirt, lunch, and one entry for a chance to win $250.00.

5K Lake Run at Clarkco State Park

Friends of Clarkco State Park will be hosting a 5K Run/Walk and 1 Mile Fun Run on June 14 starting at 8:00 a.m.

All proceeds collected from the 5K will go towards funding the replacement of the swings and playground equipment around the park.
