Cedric Chapman decided to continue to serve as mayor in Shubuta simply because he has a desire to benefit the people in his community.
“I took over Cleveland ‘Baba’ Peebles term after he passed away,” informed Chapman. “I decided to run after serving that last year of his term because I saw a need for improvement in the town.”
