After having had a week off to prepare for the playoffs, the Panthers began their first round of playoffs against the Sumrall Bobcats. The Panthers elected captains for the game were Carlos Morgan, De Mondrae Stribling, Damion Horne, and Slater Adams. The coin toss revealed that the Panthers would receive the kickoff.
