“But they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength;” (Isaiah 40:31) Oh, that dreaded word to the average American—“wait.” We are accustomed to instant grits, instant potatoes, instant tea, and microwave popcorn. Waiting is NOT in our DNA! And yet, God asks us to wait. In fact, he promises renewed strength to those who do.
