Glover named MACCC Offensive Player of the Week

Jones College quarterback Jevarion Glover has been named the MACCC Offensive Player of the Week.

Glover, a 6-foot-4, 201-pound freshman from Amanda Elzy High School, accounted for 404 of the Bobcats’ season-high 509 yards and four touchdowns in a 38-28 Homecoming win over Holmes.

Bobcats win titles in Southern ITA Regionals

The Jones College men’s team won a couple of championships in the Southern ITA Regionala Championships here at Mississippi Gulf Coast last week.

Ridge Jones (Northeast Jones) captured the Flight B Singles title and Crews Cockrell (West Jones) won the Flight C Singles championship.
