Jones to hold football walk-on tryouts on Feb. 11

The Jones College football program will hold its 2026 spring walk-on tryouts on Wednesday, Feb. 11 at Bobcat Stadium/Sim Cooley Field.

Registration will run from 12:30-1 p.m. and the tryout will begin immediately after.

Jackson named NJCAA DII First Team All-American

– Jones College’s Harmony Jackson capped off a fantastic two-year career on the volleyball court by being named a 2025 NJCAA First Team All-American earlier this month.

Jackson, an NJCAA Third Team nod as a freshman, is the lone selection from the entire MACCC.

King named United Soccer Coaches Junior College DII Player of the Year

United Soccer Coaches announced the 2025 Player of the Year recipients across the senior college, junior college, high school and youth levels on Tuesday.

Jones College's Sherline King was selected the Junior College Division II POTY after a record-setting sophomore season for the Bobcats.
