Bobcat tennis teams post huge road wins at Gulf Coast

The Jones College Bobcat tennis teams won two important matches over Mississippi Gulf Coast here Tuesday afternoon at the MGCCC Tennis Complex.

The No. 12 Bobcat women beat No. 11 MGCCC, 7-2, and the No. 15 Bobcat men downed the No. 14 Bulldogs, 6-3.

Bobcats advance in Region 23 Tournament with impressive win

Jones College whipped Northeast 86-62 in the opening round of the Region 23 Tournament here Monday night at A.B. Howard Gymnasium.

The Bobcats (15-10) will advance to the region semifinals with a 6 p.m. Wednesday contest at MACCC champion Copiah-Lincoln. The Wolves are on an 11-game winning streak.

Jones closes out season sweep of Baton Rouge

Howard Gymnasium.
