Hello my family and friends!
Please let’s say THANK YOU to everyone that made our school system great in this covid-19 pandemic. Thank you so much Quitman School District in Mississippi:
from the superintendent and his staff who are the watchmen over our children;
the custodians who keep our school clean and sanitized;
our bus drivers for being safe with our children from home to school;
our principals and office staff at each school for your leadership;
our volunteers who give up so much of their time without pay;
our cafeteria staff who cook meals for our babies;
the band staff for your gifts in teaching our babies music;
and our sports leaders and staff for teaching our children the game.
But wow! To our teachers who do an amazing job in teaching our children. We know each child is on your hearts, and you want them to believe in themselves. You push them out of their comfort zone, making them realize that they are bright-minded children with a bright future. Teachers see the best in every child, and we thank you for that!
In this pandemic, I believe that we as parents and grandparents have really found out how important our teachers are. Thank you so much for all you are doing.
Covid-19 took all of us to a place we’ve never been, and in a short time, everyone had to shift. I know that I speak for all our families, our city, and county officials. We pray that we did not miss anyone.
