MDOT presents Clarke County Sheriff’s Department with vehicle for Inmate Litter Program
The Mississippi Department of Transportation (MDOT) partners with county sheriff’s departments to use inmate labor to remove litter from the state’s roadways. Recently, Transportation Commissioner Tom King presented Clarke County Sheriff’s Department Chief Deputy Barry White with a van to be used with Clarke County’s Inmate Litter Removal Program.
