On August 28, authorities responded to a 911 call about an armed robbery on County Road 114.
Demarious Dean, Tywon Hillie, David Banks, and Summer Miller robbed an individual at gunpoint after luring him to a location.
“The individual stated that he was pulled off on the side of the road and robbed,” stated Chief Deputy Barry White. “He was lured to the area by the female. When he pulled up, the other three individuals involved jumped him.”
The group stole $310 and some other miscellaneous items.
“Deputies were able to round up the individuals on Wednesday and Thursday,” explained White. “On Thursday, Tywon Hillie ran, and investigators had to chase him through the woods. A search warrant led to the arrest of Demarious Trayvon Dean.”
On Friday, Judge Tobey Bartee set a bond for the individuals at $30,000 each. Dean is also being held for the Department of Corrections.
