Your Meeting Place is holding a Sunrise Breakfast and Vendors Market Place fund raiser Sunday, January 1, 2017. This will be an all day event beginning at 5:30 a.m. for sunrise breakfast.
The menu consists of chicken sausage, fish sausage or salmon patty, choice of cream of wheat or grits, eggs, choice of toast or biscuit, and coffee or tea, for $7. Reserve your breakfast now at 601-687-1261.
We will create a space for our children to be self-expressed in the form of a play. The Children’s Church is a play based on how young people see us as parents, teachers and elders. Vendors Market Place spaces are free on first come first served. We are asking all vendors to donate some proceeds to The Children’s Church. Spaces are limited and the event will last all day.
We will also be selling our last Presidential Commemorative Calendar 2017 - $7 for 1, $12 for 2 or $15 for 3; Black History Calendar $10; President Obama and family items 40% off.
All proceeds will be given back to the Youth Group in support of a trip to Washington, D.C. to visit the African American Museum, a lesson in how powerful of a people we are. Our children need to see it to believe it. If you can see the vision, we need your help.
