Cemetery Upkeep
If you have loved ones buried at Cooper’s Chapel Cemetery, we are asking for a yearly donation for the upkeep of the cemetery. We have established a separate entity from the church for the cemetery. In order to keep the grass cut at the cemetery, we must have funds in the account. To make a donation, please call Dianne Holloman at 601-917-7756.
July 10-12
Mark your calendars! VBS at Coopers Chapel will be July 10-12, from 6-8 p.m. Registration will begin at 5:30. Dinner served nightly.
Our family night will be July 13 at The Carlson House at 5:30 p.m. with food, fun, luau and water slides. Make plans for your kids to attend. Armour up!

Vacation Bible School at Harmony Baptist Church, July 11 - 15, from 5:30-8 p.m. nightly. Kindergarten to 6th graders.

Concord UMC Homecoming at 11 a.m. Stuckey Bridge Road. Our guest preacher this year will be Bro. Charles Waddell. Meal to follow. We can’t wait to see you there!

Pastor's Appreciation will be held at St. Luke United Methodist Church, honoring their Pastor, Rev. James Crosby, on Sunday, July 17, 2022, at 1:30 p.m. The guest speaker for this glorious occasion with be Rev. Lee Crosby. Everyone is invited to attend.
July 18-20
Walk Thru the Bible at Concord UMC. What if there was an event that could actually inspire people to read the Bible? THERE IS! Walk Thru The Bible is a highly engaging, dynamic, and memorable 3-night event that helps you understand God’s Word and make the connection between His story and yours; connecting the dots of the Old and New Testaments in a fun, compelling, and interesting way. The program will be led by our Pastor and certified WTB instructor, Rev. John Wesley Leek. Bring a “brown bag” and join us at 5:30 for a meal and fellowship, or at 6:00 for the program.

Pleasant Hill Baptist Church will hold VBS “Spark Studios” July 18-22, from 6:00- 8:30 p.m. Pre-k - 6th grade.

Back to School - Back to the Bible. Enterprise UMC. 100 River Road, Enterprise, MS. Join us for this fun, highly-interactive, family event that will teach you the big picture of the Bible. Between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. our pastor and Walk Thru the Bible instructor John Leek will take us on a trip through the whole Old Testament narrative. This will change how you read the Bible for the better! We'll also be praying for our kids and blessing their backpacks as well. All ages welcome. Light lunch break during the program. Nursery available.

Christmas at the Chapel is a festival that will be held on Saturday, November 12 at Cooper’s Chapel Church on Hwy. 511 east of Quitman.Vendor spaces are available for $25 per booth. Limited space - so reserve booth now. For registration form, call or message Dianne Holloman at 601-917-7756.
