Merrehope is thrilled to host the 56th Annual Trees of Christmas at Merrehope this year, featuring over 60 amazing trees and exhibits.
Holiday tours will take place from November 24 to December 31, and there are multiple events scheduled to take place during that time frame as well. There is a small fee for the tour. Adults pay $15, military and senior citizens pay $10, and students pay $5.
The following are the times for the 2024 Holiday Tours:
November 24 – December 31
Monday – Saturday: 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Sunday: 1 p.m. – 4 p.m.
Closed Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas day
The following are the different events and admission information:
• Opening Gala on Sunday, November 24, from 1 p.m. – 4 p.m.; there will be tours, live entertainment, and holiday refreshments; admission for adults is $15, military and senior citizens is $10, and students $5
• Advent Wreath Workshop on Sunday, December 1, on the Merrehope Veranda from 1 p.m. – 4 p.m.; all ages are invited to make your own Advent Wreath with fresh greenery; $15 fee that does not include a tour; event sponsored by World of Flowers
• Mimosas & Merrehope on Saturday, December 7, from 10 a.m. – 12 noon; have cheers to tours, live entertainment, brunch fare and mimosas; tickets are $50 (limit of 60 tickets, so they must be purchased in advance)
• Pictures with Santa on Sunday, December 8, from 1 p.m. – 4 p.m.; Mark Davis, a professional photographer, will be on site to take Victorian Christmas pictures with Santa of your children; $20 fee that does not include a tour
• Cocoa & Cookies with Mrs. Claus on Sunday, December 8, from 1 p.m. – 4 p.m.; Mrs. Claus will spend individual time with each child as they enjoy cookies and hot cocoa after their tour of Trees of Christmas; $5 children and students and includes the tour
• Spirits of Christmas on Thursday, December 12, from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m.; bring your own spirits and enjoy an evening at Merrehope under Christmas lights; $15 and includes tour, entertainment, and light refreshments
• Christmas Yoga on Thursday, December 19, from 5:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.; 5:00 p.m. is open for tours and yoga participants only; 5:45 p.m. – 6:45 p.m. will have a slow mindful yoga practice with meditation; tours will continue until 7:30 p.m. for participants; $15 and includes yoga/meditation practice and tour; event sponsored by Courtney Taylor & Wild Soul Yoga
• “Toast Together” Reception on Tuesday, December 31, from 2 p.m. – 4 p.m.; let’s “toast together” as we celebrate the final day of the 56th Annual Trees of Christmas 2024; price of admission is adults $15, military and senior citizens $10, and students $5
