William Glynn Tucker, 79, of Quitman, Mississippi, passed away on June 3, 2021, at his residence.
He was born on October 28, 1941, to Grady and Rachel (Schrimpshire) Tucker in Quitman.
Glynn is survived by sons, Stephen Craig (Charity) Tucker, Christopher Scott (Tara) Tucker and Jonathan David Fuller; daughters, Stephanie G. Tucker, Stacey D. (Ben) McDaniel, Cynthia E. (Rick) Gudenkauf; brothers, Donald Roger (Sherry) Tucker, Jimmy Dale (Annie Grace) Tucker; sister, Elizabeth Helen (Jexa) Shephard; 14 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and extended family members.
He was preceded in death by his father, William Grady Tucker; mother, Rachel Elizabeth Tucker; wife, Rachael Elaine Tucker; son, William Gregory Tucker; and sister, Deborah Kay Tucker.
Visitation was held Saturday, June 5, 2021, 2:00 - 3:00 p.m. at Quitman Church of Christ, Quitman, MS.
Funeral services were held on Saturday, June 5, 2021, 3:00 p.m. at the Quitman Church of Christ with ministers Mark Hudson and Lanis Lindsey officiating. Burial took place in the Elim Baptist Church Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Thomas Tucker, Cody Tucker, Benjamin McDaniel, Bryson McDaniel, Brayden McDaniel, Chase Roberts and Quinton Roberts.
