Services for Sadie Louise Williams Brown was held Friday, April 28, 2023, 11:00 a.m. at Enterprise Baptist Church with Bro. Evan Akins officiating. Interment followed at Enterprise Cemetery. Webb & Stephens Funeral Home-Downtown was in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Brown, 93, of Enterprise, passed away April 24, 2023, at her residence.
Sadie was born October 27, 1929, outside of Stonewall, MS. She was a faithful member of Enterprise Baptist Church and belonged to the Mary Ruth Sunday School Class. She was a domestic engineer (homemaker) who lovingly took care of her family. She will be remembered as being a devoted wife, and loving mother and grandmother.
She is survived by her husband of 73 years, Vernon F. “PeeWee” Brown of Enterprise, MS; sons, Edward R. “Eddie” Brown (Joanne) of Foley, AL and Donald C. “Don” Brown (Krista) of Enterprise, MS; grandchildren, Christopher M. Brown of Foley, AL, Andrew L. Brown (Sarah Miles) of Birmingham, AL, Dr. Kaleb J. Naseman of Fairhope, AL, London K. Naseman of Fairhope, AL, and Leah N. Brown of Enterprise, MS; great grandchildren, Lucy Grace Brown of Birmingham, AL, and Delta Lynn Brown of Foley, AL; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her daughter, Kimberly Ann Naseman Wilson of Stockton, AL; parents, Cecil and Johnnie Williams of Stonewall, MS; and sisters, Gwendolyn Burt (Gene) of Enterprise, MS, and June Rose Goldman (James) of Stonewall, MS.
The family will receive friends at Enterprise Baptist Church an hour before service time.
