Ujima Cultural Center to sponsor Toys - for Toys program

Ujima Cultural Center will be accepting applications for Christmas gift assistance for Clarke County November 14-18 from 4-6 p.m. each afternoon for children from birth to 12 years old.
Parents must register onsite at the Ujima Center, 120 Main STreet, Quitman.

MDOT closes portion of Hwy. 11 Pachuta for bridge replacement

MDOT is announcing the following road closure as part of a Hwy. 11 bridge replacement project in Clarke County. Work began in March to replace two bridges over Souinlovey Creek along Hwy 11.
