Outreach Health Services in Shubuta is diligently preparing for their Annual Breast Cancer Awareness Month 5k Walk and Run that is scheduled for Saturday, October 17.
This amazing 5k has consistently grown over the years as the clinic raises awareness for breast cancer and the importance of early screenings as well as honoring the individuals who have battled against breast cancer.
Registration for the walk has already begun and can be done online at www.outreachhs.org from August 22 to September 20. There is a $10 fee for adults that are 18 or older, and children 17 and under participate for free. Fees must be paid in person at the Shubuta clinic, and participants must be present at the event to receive promotional items.
