The game started with #3 Jaliel Cameron kicking off to the Tiger 30 yard line. The Tigers carried to the Panther 45 yard line, then the 30, and ended at the Panther endzone. The PAT was good, making the score Panthers 0 - Tigers 7.
The Tigers kicked to the 35 where #16 J’lon McCoy pushed the ball to the Tiger 40 yard line. After several plays, #2 Jias Davis kicked the ball from the Panther 30 to the Tiger 20 yard line. The Tigers pushed back to the Panthers endzone and kicked a successful PAT. The score was Panthers 0 - Tigers 14.
The second quarter had no advancements in score from either side of the game. As a continuation, third quarter started with the Panthers pushing the Tigers back to their 42 yard line. Tigers gained control of the ball and ran to the Panther endzone and followed with a successful PAT. The score was Panthers 0 - Tigers 21.
Mendenhall punted the ball, and the ball was fumbled by the Panthers and recovered by the Tigers. The Tigers scored the next touchdown and followed with a successful PAT. Panthers 0 - Tigers 28.
On the next play, the Tigers kicked to the Panther 20. The Tigers pushed the Panthers back to the Panthers 10 yard line and gained control of the ball. The Tigers again scored with an unsuccessful PAT. Panthers 0 - Tigers 34. The third quarter ended with the Tigers punting the ball to the Quitman 30.
In the final quarter of the game, Quitman pushed the ball to the Tiger 30 yardline, then to the 16. The next play marked the end of the game with #11 Senior Wide Receiver Braylon Peters scoring the final touchdown of the game, but the two point conversion failed. The final score of the game was Panthers 6 - Tigers 34.
