The Rocky Community Members will be hosting a Benefit BBQ Plate fundraiser at the Multi-Purpose Building, located at 101 Westwood Ave. in Quitman, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Friday, August 29.
All proceeds from the event will benefit the victims of the four wheeler accident in the community and others.
Rib plates will be $15 and will consist of ribs and choice of potato salad, baked beans, green beans, or corn. Chicken plates will be $12 and will consist of chicken and choice of potato salad, baked beans, green beans, or corn.
They will also be giving away a Tabletop Honeymoon BBQ Grill.
