“Be yourself,” advised Becky Gandy. “The only person you have to please is God and yourself. Just be true to yourself. You can’t make yourself over for somebody else other than you and God. I see too many people trying to remake themselves for somebody else, and one way or the other you’re going to end up being true to yourself.
