Steven Ray Perry, 66, of Quitman, MS, passed away at his home Saturday, October 3, 2020, after a long battle with lung cancer. He was born April 20, 1954, in Kansas City, Missouri, to Edward John Perry Jr. and Joyce Katherine Williams Perry. The family moved to Quitman when Steve was 16 years old.
